Data-driven design

We adopted a performance-focused approach by developing two distinct website versions for A/B testing. This strategic split allowed us to gather real user data on engagement metrics, conversion rates, and browsing behavior. This project demonstrated how strategic A/B testing could transform subjective design decisions into data-confirmed solutions. By letting actual member behavior guide our iterations, we created a rewards experience that balanced Disney’s signature magic with the practical needs of value-focused users.
