Approach
The Rover campaign required strategic modularization of our video production pipeline to facilitate A/B testing. By developing a systematic approach, we created interchangeable components, footage segments, voiceover lines, graphics, and text overlays that could be reconfigured. This framework accommodated our three distinct focus areas, each requiring 6-8 different RTBs for comparative testing. Every production phase — from scripting and storyboarding to design and animation — was engineered with this modularity, ensuring seamless asset generation while maintaining brand consistency. This methodical approach streamlined our workflow and empowered data-driven optimization throughout the campaign lifecycle.
